CHARTER SPECTRUM VOICE™
VOICE: Reliable phone with unlimited local and long distance calling in the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. ø Unlimited Calling to Guam not available in: Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. Charter Spectrum Voice includes 411 calls. All customers, business and residential, in all states are subject to the per-use rate for Directory Assistance with the following exceptions:
– There is currently a 1-call allowance per month in the state of Virginia. Customers will be charged per call for calls over the 1-call allowance.
– There is currently a 10-call allowance per month in the state of Massachusetts. Customers will be charged per call for calls over the 10-call allowance.
– Effective 06/26/2012, any customer subscribing to Unlimited Phone Service using a New Pricing and Packaging service code receives 1,000 monthly DA calls at no charge.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE ø
Customer must not have subscribed to applicable service* within the previous 30 days. Request for up to 30 day prorated credit must occur within 45 days from installation or change of service date; limit to one credit per service within any single 90 day period.
Money back comes in the form of a credit first. Customers who continue to have other services with Charter will receive credit for service on customer’s next available bill statement. Customers who cancel all services will receive a credit to be applied against outstanding financial obligations, if any, and may receive a refund for any remaining amount. Price Guarantee customers who cancel their package within 30 days will not be required to pay termination fees otherwise applicable.
Credits are available for the following: monthly recurring service and wire maintenance charges; standard installation costs (including professional installation, two TV outlets, one Internet outlet and/or one Phone outlet) and/or equipment charges (refund/credit is subject to timely equipment return in accordance with Charter’s Terms of Service/Policies for the applicable service).
Credits are not available for the following: taxes (local and state); other fees and surcharges; non-standard installation (including complex, underground, custom work, special construction and/or additional outlets); Charter Security Suite (when purchased separately); transactional TV purchases (including Pay-Per View and/or On Demand) and/or transactional Phone purchases (including per-minute domestic and/or international long distance directory assistance, and/or operator assistance charges).

♦ Contract Buyout Information
To qualify for contract buyout program order and install a qualifying new customer Triple Play Promotion or limited Double Play promotion (Note offers not available in all areas). A copy of the final bill from previous provider with early termination fees clearly marked and completed in addition to the ‘Charter Contract Buyout Form’ are required to qualify for the contact buyout program. Upon receipt of the forms and verification of eligibility, a check in the amount equal to the early termination fee charged by your previous provider on your final bill (not to exceed $500), will be mailed to your Charter service address. Contract buyout forms must be received by Charter within 60 days of installation of the Charter Triple Play or 2 weeks from the date listed on the competitor’s final bill statement, whichever is later.
